You can request a duplicate of your card when yours results as lost/stolen/damaged or when you are victim of phishing and lost control over your private data.
To report your card as lost/stolen, please follow the instructions reported here. Once the report is sent, a new card will be ordered automatically.
Replacement card is based on card’s tier (Basic: £10, VIP: £15, Black: £20) and applies for lost/stolen/damaged cards.
