The only way to restore your Eidoo wallet is through the 12-word passphrase (seed) that was provided to you when you first opened the wallet.
⚠️ BEWARE OF SCAMMERS⚠️
🚫 Eidoo team will never ask you your 12 words passphrase
🚫 Never share your seed with anyone (do not fill out forms who ask for your 12 words)
If you share your seed with someone, it will result in a loss of your cryptocurrencies. Never share your 12 words with anyone!
Please note that Eidoo is a non-custodial wallet, our company does not keep a copy of the seed (12-word passphrase) of its customers, and there is no server where this information is stored.
If you still have your wallet installed, you can retrieve your 12 words using the backup function (by going to the More menu, Wallet backup). If your wallet isn't installed on a secondary device and you haven't saved your 12 words in a safe, offline location, you won't be able to restore it.
