If you lose possession of your card, simply report it as lost/stolen via the Settings section in the CARD panel of the app. A new order for a new card will be automatically created and you will receive it at the address registered on your EidooID in a few days.
Please note: if you replace your card, you will be charged an amount that varies depending on the level of your eidooCARD, which will be taken when you make your first purchase with the new card. For more information read the "Replacement Card" section of the eidooCARD Terms and Conditions (EUR, GBP).
