Here’s the guide on how to import your Eidoo Legacy wallet into the new Eidoo app.
First of all, you need to have at hand the seed of the wallet you are currently using on the Legacy version. So take the piece of paper you wrote it on or, if you do not know it or if you want to double check it, simply go to More menu, Backup wallet and enter your password to access your seed.
⚠️ IMPORTANT ⚠️
Remember that sharing the seed with anyone would cause a loss of funds. There may be scammers who try to impersonate our admins to contact you and ask for your seed. Remember to never share your seed with anyone!
Ok, now that you have your seed with you, install the new Eidoo app and tap on “Click here to restore your wallet” at the bottom of the screen (1). Now, read and accept the terms and conditions (2), insert the seed, create a password and, if you want to, enable the biometrics to login (3).
