A friend asked your address or you want to send some tokens from another wallet to Eidoo but you don't know how to see your address? You are in the right place. Here’s the guide on how to visualize your addresses on Eidoo.
First of all, keep in mind that your wallet has two addresses: one for Bitcoin (note that a new address will be generated after each deposit), and one for Ethereum and all EVM-compatible blockchains that Eidoo supports (the address to share to receive any coin, token or NFT on EVM compatible blockchains like Ethereum, BNB Chain, Fantom, Avalanche C-Chain and so on, is always the same).
Here are the two ways for you to see it:
- open the app, make sure you are on the "Crypto" homepage and tap the QR code symbol under the balance (1). Then, select the blockchain on which you want to receive the assets (2). You will be presented with a page with an address that you can share, see in the blockchain explorer or copy, and a QR code representing it (3)
- the second way to view the page is to click on the token you want to receive from the "crypto" homepage. Here you will have a view of the token balance along with buttons to receive, exchange (only for ETH and EVM blockchains) and send it, as well as the recent history of transactions involving it. Tap the first button, the one with the "+" symbol. As with the method described above, you will be presented with a page with an address that you can share, see in the blockchain explorer or copy, and a QR code that represents it.
✅ Done, now you have your wallet address at hand! Feel free to use it to receive funds or to give it to the Support, if requested.
