Completing the KYC verification process allows you to upgrade your crypto experience. Users with the KYC Tier 2 can perform cash ins, cash outs and order for free and start using the eidooCARD. Many more features dedicated to Tier 2 users are coming soon!
The following will guide you through Eidoo’s new KYC verification process:
First of all, in order to start the KYC verification, you need to create an account EidooID. From the settings, tap on “Your EidooID verification (KYC)”, then create an EidooID account if you haven’t got one already or simply choose to login.

You are now ready to start your KYC verification by completing the following four simple steps.
- Liveliness
In this phase, you will be asked to position your face in the circle and take a photo.
To proceed, grant permission to the app to access your camera. Then position your face in the oval and - when the app tells you to do so - move your face closer to the camera.
- ID Document
To verify your ID document, start selecting the country that issued it, then select the kind of document you want to use for the verification. You can now take a photo as well as upload one from your gallery of your document. In order for us to accept the document, it is necessary that it is not expired, that all its corners are visible in the picture, and that there isn’t any glaze effect on it.
- Proof of Residency
Write down your postal address, city, ZIP code and select the country. Then, to prove your residency address, choose the kind of document you want to use among the electricity bill, internet bill, landline bill, water bill, gas bill or a bank statement, then upload the file.
In order to complete this step, the document cannot be older than three months and has to include your name, surname and the address you indicated earlier.
- Phone and form
Complete the KYC procedure with the phone verification. Indicate your phone number; you will then receive a message containing a 6 digits code. Insert that code in the dedicated field. You can proceed by filling our form with accurate information. To complete the procedure, “sign” the form with the new code you will receive by SMS.
