Nota: alcuni esercenti effettuano una pre-autorizzazione prima del completamento della transazione (il pagamento viene tecnicamente diviso in due o più parti). Le transazioni che hanno una pre-autorizzazione hanno uno status "Pending" sul circuito VISA a tempo indefinito (in alcuni casi le pre-autorizzazioni contrassegnate dallo status Pending sono seguite poi da altri pagamenti identici con l'ammontare di crypto prelevate pari a zero). Questo genere di operazioni non sono supportate da eidooCARD, pertanto questi pagamenti non sono coperti da cashback (il cashback viene distribuito solo su operazioni che hanno lo status "Completed" e ammontare di criptovalute spese diverso da 0).
